As spring approaches a restless rumble is growing with in me (and no its not hunger..im still eating like winter fat will cut my gas heating bill) It is the urge to recreate oneself to re-dress our naked limbs with new leaves and looks...and i must say people.... i am feeling a little much.

Here is my nod to others not afraid to give it all they got...

I love this book it recognizes the gentlemen of Bacongo Africa. These men keep it fresh and clean everyday, no matter the temp. The images in this book are captured in such a pure and bold manner that the personalities of the gentlemen emerge from the page.

They are also after their own great dream: to travel to Paris and to return to Bacongo as lords of elegance. Designer brands of suits and accessories are of the utmost importance to Sapeurs - Pierre Cardin, Roberto Cavalli, Dior,Fendi, Gaultier, Gucci, Issey Miyake, Prada, Yves Saint Laurent,Versace, Yohji Yamamoto are their patron saints.


Spring for me will be: bold silohuettes, Graphic Black and Whites, Coral nails and lips, Purple, and Turquoise, ethnic prints and "new urban" style, boyfriend jeans, denim leggings, sexy lace and shirtdresses
